And now what if I've done everything?

Getting to the point where we feel and believe we have done everything is a lie. The only point at which everything has already been done is immediately after dying. Meanwhile, the time difference between now and death is a space of opportunity for things to be done. This is a time for growth, to unleash our creativity and use pressure as a catalyst for action. Are we waiting for someone to fix the situation for us?
While it is true that at this point, there is a high level of frustration, anxiety, desperation, and hopelessness, there is still a window of opportunity to continue. Do other things, go further, continue creating, and continue moving forward. It may be necessary to discover many ways to find the right way. What has not been done, what has not been evacuated? If there is time, there is an opportunity to continue learning and moving forward.

The alternative to the above would be the last thing: dying. And according to our survival instinct, this will likely not happen. So it is better to continue working and solving problems promptly. Yes, all this merits an expansion in the capacity for self-regulation. This self-regulation empowers us to remain focused on the task and not allow stress to take over, putting us in control of our actions and decisions.
We must continue being the protagonists of our lives and see this as an opportunity to grow and take over what is due to us in life. It is time to make a difference. In times like these, we become protagonists of our story and separate ourselves from the rest. We must make our path, taking charge of our destiny and shaping our future.
Do we want to be the protagonists of our lives and prove to ourselves that we can manage them? Victim behavior expects a rescue or consolation prize for coming so far.
The next question would be, to what extent should we continue fighting? The closest answer to this question comes from John Maxwell's teachings in his book "The 15 Indispensable Laws of Growth", where he explains the Law of the Ladder. The essential idea of this Law is that everyone can grow to the point that their character allows them to. Suppose our personality responds to life challenges with frustration and victimization of ourselves. In that case, it is a great start to be conscious about it, to start making changes in our brain programming, raising our self-confidence, and self-worth.
It is excellent to know if your unconscious instead responds to life challenges by crying for help from your parents or family, adopting a child's posture. Now, you need to exercise being an adult responsible for your life and challenges. Of course, you can always find support with your family, but the kind of support you look for is as an adult and not as a child. Our call is to behave as responsible adults and take action accordingly. No one's life is more difficult than the other ones'. The big difference is how you respond to challenges.
It is a matter of character, that is, of habits engraved in our unconscious that will enable us to continue doing things no matter what happens in our environment. It is simply the way we operate automatically. Therefore, training character is one of the best investments that can be made because tribulation is guaranteed for all in this life.
Now, there are limits that each person establishes in their life, which are not negotiable. Those are her values, for example, honesty, integrity, and transparency. Also, time with family and friends and staying healthy can play a role here. In the end, we must move forward, overcome our anger, and as long as there is life, we must keep our heads on our shoulders and move forward, as long as we do not come into conflict with those things that are important and that give our life meaning, foundations, and a solid structure.
I invite you to reflect on the type of character that supports you and allows you to keep on going, or not. How do you operate automatically under challenging circumstances? That opportunity for personal growth will allow you to expand and take advantage of your potential.
